Hey all! For a recent client project, I sourced this gorgeous original artwork by Asheville, NC based artist Adreina Bates. She paints a variety of subjects including whimsical animals, colorful abstracted landscapes, and lush expressive figures. I first fell in love with these adorable bunnies that she painted for her sons’ bedroom (she is a Mom to twin boys!).
Aire-Sueno is an example of one of her dreamy figurative works. For this piece, the artist used mixed media and watercolor on paper. To hang this original artwork, we just needed to add the perfect framing.
I worked with the artist to have Aire-Sueno framed through Framebridge. I chose the Wren, a matte black frame with an aged patina. And let me tell you, it turned out GORGEOUS!
